Can't help falling in love with this coffee and ice cream treat

On this snowy Saturday morning in Northeastern PA, the birthday of the King, make your coffee rock 'n roll. Booze optional, but highly recommended.



Fill your mug about 3/4 full with coffee. Sweeten if you'd like, but I'd recommend less than you would normally use. Add a splash of chambord or kahlua or amaretto, whatever flavor gets you all shook up. Plop in a scoop of ice cream. Top with whipped cream and shaved dark chocolate. Garnish with a piece of the chocolate.


Drop that hunk o' chocolate into the mug and stir everything together. Lord almighty, I feel my temperature rising!
